1. ACET-UK Agreement to Act as an Educational Agency Working with Academic Professionals (Tutors) and Customers (Students)

1.1. ACET-UK employs an elite group of qualified academic professionals offering high quality services to customers in a wide variety of fields. These services include, but are not limited to; research support, assessment, assignment, essay writing, tutoring, proofreading and academic writing services.
1.2. All parties (ACET-UK, tutors, and customers) should follow the terms and conditions set out in this agreement. Variations to these terms or special requests can be agreed upon between the parties in written form.
1.3. Tutors accept that ACET-UK will act on their behalf to deliver services to customers under the terms and conditions of this agreement.
1.4. In order to protect the privacy of tutors and customers, customers are not allowed direct contact with the tutors unless necessary and agreed upon by all parties.
1.5. The tutor agrees that neither during the continuance of this agreement, nor at any time thereafter, should he/she make use of any confidential information; the tutor shall endeavor to prevent the publication or disclosure of any confidential information with respect to ACET-UK.
1.6. ACET-UK reserves the right to decline or cancel any request or order at any time with a full or partial refund depending on the judgement of ACET-UK.
1.7. The prices and delivery times are provided by ACET-UK to its customers and tutors using the website ( www.acetuk.co.uk ) or, alternatively could be sent through Email, Whatsapp, SMS or any method it deems appropriate.
1.8. ACET-UK provides high quality services and any complaint about the quality of work shall be assessed by ACET-UK team. Based on this assessment, ACET-UK may either approve the quality of work or partially refund a payment to the customer.
1.9. Tutors who fail to deliver services on time or do not provide high-quality services shall either not be paid or have deductions depending on the judgement of ACET-UK.

2. Personal Information, Data Protection, and Promotional Email Campaigns

2.1. All data provided to ACET-UK by its customers and the tutors will be treated in agreement with the obligations under the Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (Reg EU 2016/679) ("GDPR").
2.2. When sharing data between parties, the agency acts as the data controller between the customer, the tutor, and ACET-UK, and as such must act in accordance with the GDPR.
2.3. The tutor acts as a data processor in accordance with the GDPR and has a legal obligation to deal with the shared data in a manner that complies with the GDPR.
2.4. The collected data is mainly used to create an online account for students or tutors to enable them to send, manage and download files as well as for payment purposes.
2.5. The privacy policy is available on our website www.acetuk.co.uk and a copy can be provided upon request.
2.6. Customers have the option to choose the preferred method of contact being either an email address or a Whatsapp phone number to receive offers and promotions.

3. Terms of Agency Services and Deals

3.1. The tutor and the customer shall fully comply with all the following rules, policies and procedures throughout the assigned work period.
3.2. The Customer should agree that the quality standard that is ordered is not a guarantee for the mark they will receive when submitting their own piece of work or of the final degree mark.
3.3. The agency delivers the best educational services and care in accordance with the assigned tasks by providing the best highly qualified and experienced professionals to fulfil the customers’ requests. The request is directly processed and the deal between the customer and the agency begins immediately once the agency receives the full payment for a specific service.
3.4. Any further supporting information that may be required by the agency or provided by the student should cause no conflict nor require more work than was originally agreed upon. In case it causes any conflict or requires extra work, the request will be dealt with in reference to points 4.2 & 5.1 mentioned below.
3.5. Once the customer has paid for a service their request can only be cancelled by the agency and not by the customer. If a request is cancelled by the agency, a full refund will be paid by the agency.

4. Co-operation

4.1. The customer should ensure that any information provided to the agency concerning a specific request, either for data collection purposes or during the transaction process, is accurate, relevant, and valid.
4.2. It is the tutor’s responsibility to agree upon the work requirements for each student. This includes agreeing upon the times, dates, frequency with the student and determining the teaching method and approach used in any session guided by experience and professional practice.
4.3. In cases in which the customer fails to offer information or guidance during the transaction process which might cause a delay or cancellation of their work, the agency will not be held responsible for any inconvenience caused to the work as a result of that delay.
4.4. Failure to pay the full amount agreed on to the agency on the assigned date of payment will result in cancellation of the customer’s work without a refund.


5. Change of Work and Amendments

5.1. Should the customer have any additional requests or changes to the original agreement extra charges or payments will be requested or the agency may not accept the additional work. This will also depend on the tutor’s agreement and judgment of the amount of changes needed to be added to the original agreement.
5.2. In cases in which the customer is dissatisfied and requests amendments to the work, meaning their work did not meet the required standards, the requests must be made within two days of the delivery date. The student must provide the Agency with some credible evidence not based on an official result achieved. If these adjustments are accepted by the agency, they cause no conflict with the original order and the correction will be delivered with a feasible time frame for the tutor the customer will not be charged for the amendments. If the amendments cause any conflict or require extra work this would fall under points 4.2 & 5.1 mentioned above. The customer will be allowed to send one request through the “request icon” with all the required details for such amendments along with the unique request code. This will be sent to the agency via a “contact ACET” icon as a direct message through our website.
5.3. Should the tutor disagree with the customer’s request for amendments they will be given a chance to comment on the case. In that situation, the agency will judge the situation and give the final decision.
5.4. If the request passes the time allowed for amendments, or if the customer asks for adjustments that do not relate to their original order specification, the agency may offer to complete the additional work for an extra charge, and it is left to the customer to decide whether to accept it or not. The Customer should agree that they may be asked to pay extra charges for such amendments on time or submit a new request. In cases in which the work doesn’t meet the required standards due to a lack of information provided by the customer, this is not the agency’s responsibility and no refund is due. The final decision in all cases is at the agency’s discretion.


6. Delivery Time of Work

6.1. In event of any delay to the delivery of a customer’s order for any reason, the agency will partially or fully refund the payment at their discretion. Otherwise the customer will receive the work within the agreed time frame.
6.2. The agency ensures that all work is delivered before midnight of the due date, unless the date is on an official holiday, like Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, or any non-working day, then the work will be delivered on the following day. The agency will make an announcement on its official website as well as contacting its customers by email and/or Whatsapp, in such cases.
6.3. The agency does not hold any responsibility in reference to this promise in the event of any delay due to technical issues caused by third parties (for example; issues with internet service or mail account providers, database software, incompatible formats …etc). The agency is only responsible for fixing issues when they occur on the agency’s side.
6.4. In the event of work not being delivered on the due dates agreed upon, the customer should contact the agency and they will be provided with the reasons for the delay. If it is a technical issue, death or illness the agency will make all reasonable efforts to help the customer until they receive their work.
6.5. In cases in which the customer decides not to contact the agency to inform them about a delay or a non-delivery case, it is not the agency’s responsibility. If the agency proves that the work was completed, uploaded, and sent to the customer by the tutor on-time and that the delay was due to technical errors or any other reason, then the customer should agree that no refund will be given in such cases as all work is taken on at the customer’s risk.


7. Approvals and Authority

7.1. The agency may contact the customer using the aforementioned contact information (email or telephone number), in case confirmation of any information is needed.
7.2. The customer acknowledges to the agency that any instructions or information sent through these contact methods is genuinely from the customer

8. Fees, refunds for student and payment for tutor

8.1. All charges for our services will be available upon your request. These charges will include fees for the agency, tutors and any taxes.
8.2. New charges will be required for any work that needs to be amended in any way that is different from the original request specifications. The agency will set a new rate of charges for the work to be completed.
8.3. The agency holds full responsibility on behalf of the tutor to investigate, decide, and take action on any refund requests for any reason should the customer be dissatisfied, in reference to the order’s original specifications and to the terms and conditions in this agreement. The agency makes all reasonable efforts to find a fair solution in all situations for both the customer and the tutor, keeping in mind consumer protection legislation as well as contractual principles.
8.4. In the case of an agreement from ACET-UK to refund a payment partially or fully, the agency will contact the customer to organize the preferred refund method. All refunds are judged and decided solely by the agency.
8.5. A tutor will receive the payment after fully accomplishing the whole task including the feedback. For example, if a student submits a request in January for a task that should be done before a deadline in February the payment for the tutor will be delivered during the first week of March. Unless there are further adjustments needed after receiving the feedback, the tutor will be receiving the full payment once the whole task is fully accomplished).
8.6. Agency disclaimer, tutors must agree that as a tutor is a self-employed independent they will be responsible for reporting their income and expenses and declaring these on their tax returns and pay the required tax. We strongly recommend our tutors to seek independent advice as we will not be responsible or liable to deal with their tax affairs.

9. Copyright and Fair Usage

9.1. Copyrights of any work or services offered by ACET-UK tutors are to be kept for the agency at all times and not to be used by any of its customers.
9.2. A copy of the academic work will be provided to the customer but with no right to submit, pass, share, or use that work in part of their own.
9.3. The customer must make sure to deal with any of our work with due respect to the agency and guarantees the fact that it is never their right to authorize or own the copy rights of it or sell any of our work. In such cases it is considered a violation of the terms of use.
9.4. Customers should agree to read and understand the agency’s aforementioned Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions before committing to any of our services.
9.5. Should any customer share either the full work or a part of it, this would immediately lead to the loss of all their rights mentioned under our terms and conditions. Any further actions will be left completely to the judgment of the agency.
9.6. Plagiarism is not tolerated by any of the agency’s employees. Our agency makes sure to help all students learn, respect, and improve their educational skills and standards.
9.7. ACET-UK assures that any work offered through any of its services will not be subject to be resold, shared, re-used, or distributed. Work will not be placed on any website or essay bank after its completion. All parties should agree to never publish, resell, or share any of our completed work.
9.8. Under the contract with the tutor, any original work provided to ACET-UK by the tutor, belongs solely to the agency and not to any other parties.

10. General

10.1. The agency working hours and non-working days are all available on ACET-UK’s website www.acetuk.co.uk. However, some working days might be announced as non-working days at a later date on our website and provision of any requested service or support on these days will be at the agency’s discretion.
10.2. The agency always makes all reasonable efforts to find ways to respond promptly to all customers’ requests, emails, and messages, but cannot guarantee an immediate response during busy periods.
10.3. Customers engage the services offered by the agency at their own risk, and the agency will not be held responsible for any missed deadlines due to delays. The agency and its employees are not responsible for that delay, except for in the cases of the points mentioned in these terms and conditions.
10.4. The customer agrees that all options, views, or advice given by the agency or tutors are recommendations and opinions and not obligatory, as it is totally the customer’s right and responsibility to make the final decisions about their work.
10.5. The customer should understand the guidelines, regulations, and outlines given by their universities or institutes and provide these to the agency. Should the customer decide to let the tutor do their own research for all the information needed to help with the given request, the agency and the tutor will not be responsible for any work that causes conflict with the customers’ institution or university rules.
10.6. The customer agrees that although the agency will make every effort to ensure that the work is done and completed to a high standard, inaccuracies may happen and in such cases any amendments and refunds will be at the agency’s discretion, as laid out in the terms of this agreement.
10.7. The agency has the right on behalf of the tutor to reject an agreement with any customer or discontinue a certain request if it has reason to believe that the customer will use the work provided by the agency in contradiction with the agency’s Fair Use Policy as well as its terms and conditions.
10.8. ACET-UK ensures that all tutors will make sure that all teaching material is safe and prohibits any inappropriate content and images, treating all customers in a professional, safe and fair way, without any prejudice or discrimination.
10.9. The parties should agree on all terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are applicable and legal from the assigned date of starting the deal. These terms and conditions are designed to be between i) the agency and the tutor, and ii) the agency and the customer. The terms and conditions come into effect upon the agreement of a deal between these parties replacing any previous oral or written agreements, or discussions between them.
